Workplace Law in Focus: New Risks, New Obligations, New Challenges

This seminar will examine significant changes to NSW workplace laws and the practical challenges these reforms present for employers. The session will focus on recent amendments to the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW), including new victimisation provisions, bullying and harassment protections, and the introduction of 'relevant conduct' provisions for workers compensation claims involving primary psychological injuries.
