Please note the Parramatta & District Law Society Inc. is not registered for GST and therefore cannot issue a tax invoice and therefore GST tax credits. If your firm or organisation has a firm membership then the “bundle administrator” for your firm should process the the renewal
You can renew membership online using the online renewal form below or by a written renewal sent by surface mail. The written application form can be downloaded by CLICKING HERE.
Payment Optionsirect deposit/EFT
- Log in and you will be taken to your profile page. You will see a renewal button. You will be given the option to pay immediately by credit card or later by invoice. You can then pay the invoice by credit card, direct deposit/EFT or by cheque.
Direct Deposit, EFT or Cheque (via invoice)
Log in and you will be taken to your profile page. Click renewal then choose the invoice option.
When you make a direct deposit or use EFT to transfer funds to the Society’s bank account please include your surname or firm name and order number in the reference field.

If you pay by cheque attach your cheque to a copy of the invoice and send to Parramatta & District Law Society Inc. PO Box 550 Parramatta NSW 2124.
If payment is not received within two (2) business days (EFT / Direct deposit) or five (5) business days (Cheques) of submission your application or renewal may be cancelled unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.

Payment of membership must be made by cheque payable to The Parramatta & District Law Society Inc. and sent to PO Box 550 Parramatta NSW 2124.
Payment can also be made by direct deposit but the bank receipt or acknowledgement must be attached to the application or renewal form.
If submitting online
The renewal should be carried out by the “bundle administrator” for the particular firm or organisation. The bundle administrator should log in. They will be taken to their profile page. When they click Renew they will be renewing for the firm.
They will have the option of paying immediately by credit card or by invoice and then pay the invoice by credit card, direct deposit/EFT or by cheque.
If submitting by surface mail
Please return a completed form for each individual member return all forms in one batch.
If using surface mail payment of membership must be made by cheque or attach a copy of the bank receipt and send to The Parramatta & District Law Society Inc. and sent to PO Box 550 Parramatta NSW 2124.
