a. What advice do you provide, when a client asks if his/her nominated attorney can execute a binding death benefit nomination (to provide to their superannuation trustees);

b. Do you, the lawyer, have a Power of Attorney, authorising a colleague (with an unrestricted practicing certificate) to continue/conduct your practice in the event of capacity loss. 8 to 9pm
