It will be coming up to 5 months since the AML/CTF compliance obligations came into force for Tranche 2 entities.
Join us in this presentation which will look at how lawyers are coping with the changes, what are emerging trends and what grey areas still exist which provide challenges in compliance for lawyers. The presentation will touch on what may constitute a suspicious matter for a suspicious matters report to be submitted as well as how to avoid ‘tipping off’.
